ABOUT EAST LAKE PARK
The first integrated urban ecosystem of Togo
A vision driven by Reliance West Africa. An exceptional lagoon-front site. A promise: to redefine the art of living in Lomé.
Designing the city from the shore
The world's most beautiful cities were built at the water's edge. Geneva on Lake Geneva, Boston on the Charles River, Stockholm on its archipelago. Lomé has long awaited its inhabited shore.
Reliance West Africa has placed its bet on the Bê lagoon: six kilometers of preserved shoreline, a stone's throw from downtown, forgotten by urban planners but protected by its beauty. East Lake Park is our answer — not a conquest, but a revelation.
Our conviction: a real estate project worthy of the name is not measured by its square meters, but by the quality of life it creates. Live, yes. But also walk, read, dine, work, meet. East Lake Park brings all this together, on one site, on foot.
The Bê lagoon
Stretching between the city and the ocean, the Bê lagoon — “East lagoon” in local nomenclature — forms a crescent of calm water bordered by mangroves and casuarinas. Over 80 species of migratory birds have been recorded there. It is on its northern shore that East Lake Park is taking root, in absolute respect of the ecosystem: 30% of the site dedicated to nature, a 1.4 km public promenade, no buildings over the water.
